English Bulldog Puppy

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased.  All puppies have been examined by a licensed veterinarian, received current vaccinations and routine deworming.  We guarantee the puppy to be free of any life-threatening congenital defects for one year from date of birth.

Purchaser is required to have the puppy inspected by a licensed veterinarian within 5 days of taking ownership of the puppy.  Hall of Fame Bulldogs must be notified immediately at the onset of any problem, in writing, with a report from a licensed veterinarian.  The results of this report will be evaluated by a veterinarian of the sellers choice to confirm and authenticate the results from the buyers veterinarian.  The finding and opinions of the sellers veterinarian are to be considered final and ultimate.  If this veterinarian concurs the findings, a replacement puppy will be provided upon safe return of the defective puppy.  There will be no cash or credit refunds.

All transportation expenses involved in the return of the original puppy as well as the replacement puppy are the responsibility of the buyer.  All veterinarian charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  The replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be of comparable quality but may not be from the same parents of the original puppy.

In the event of the sudden death of the puppy due to genetically related circumstances, a replacement puppy of comparable quality will be provided upon the receipt of a certificate of death and detailed autopsy report issued by a licensed veterinarian.  The certificate and report must say explicitly that the cause of death was related to an identified genetic condition.  The results of this report are to be evaluated by a veterinarian of the sellers choosing to confirm and authenticate the results.  All post-mortem procedures performed on the deceased puppy are the responsibility of the buyer.  The seller does not extend this policy related to common or insignificant or short-term conditions.  These include but are not limited to, the presence of common parasites or coughs deemed to be short-term and easily treated and are not considered a major detriment to the puppy's long term health.  There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered in this guarantee.  Other health issues common to bulldogs but not included in this guarantee are cherry eye, dermatitis, hip dysplasia, elongated soft palette, nasal snares, entropion, umbilical hernias or viral and bacterial infections.  The seller will not be responsible for problems resulting from obesity, secondhand smoke, malnutrition, dehydration, starvation, heat stroke or lack of proper vet care including regular vaccinations.
